At Espuña our collaborators are the most knowledgeable about our products and our structure.

That is why in 2003 we launched Espuña Innova: a project designed to implement continuous improvement processes in any field. Each collaborator can contribute knowledge and improvements both in daily processes and innovate in products we manufacture or define future launches.

During these almost 20 years we have received more than 3,300 ideas. The most innovative ones have been implemented to improve both the day-to-day work of our employees and the processes in the production of sausages and charcuterie products.
