From June 5 to 7 we attended the World Ham Congress held in Zafra. This congress, which takes place every two years, has become the main meeting point for operators in this sector and where the main technological and market developments, so important in times of change like the present, are analyzed.

At the end of April, we participated in Girona in the presentation of the World Ham Congress. Under the title 'The ECOefficiency of the ham sector', this day addressed the efficiency from pig feeding to distribution and shows where the future of ham is headed by Jaume Planella from Noel, Xavier Espuña Soler from Espuña and Carlos Boadas-Vaello from Batallé.
