  1. Chop the onion into very small pieces and sauté it with the butter in a frying pan. Add the finely chopped ham and flour to the mixture.
  2. When the mixture is ready, add the milk while stirring. Adjust the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. When the béchamel has thickened, place it in a tray to cool and reserve it in the fridge for about 8h.
  4. Make balls with the dough and pass them through the breadcrumbs, the beaten egg and again through the breadcrumbs. Fry in plenty of hot oil and ready to eat!
