  1. Chop the pumpkin, potato and onion and put them in the bottom of the pot with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. First the onion and then you add the rest.
  2. When they are browned add the water and, when the water boils, let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  3. Blend everything with the mixer until you get a homogeneous cream.
  4. Serve the cream with a little cream and the ham mini bites to decorate. You can fry the ham mini bites in the pan if you prefer.
